Upon receiving your payment, please bear in mind that shipping may take up to 24hrs to process depending on your bank. All shipping takes 3-10 days (not including weekends and holidays) to receive, depending on product ordered. Lashes, bundles and ready to ship wigs may take 3-7 business days, however, custom made wigs may take up to 10 business days for you to receive after processing. Processing takes 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Once items are shipped tracking # will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Therefore please ensure that all information entered is correct (most importantly: email address and shipping address) before submitting the order, because once an order is placed we cannot change the shipping address. Once an order is shipped we are no longer responsible for the package.
